Rob Cousins
Senior Consultant – HOP & Safety Leadership
Rob brings expertise across large-scale organisational change and improvement initiatives, covering operational excellence and Health & Safety programmes. His background has a strong focus on change management and innovation.
Rob holds a BA (Hons) in Psychology and accreditations in coaching, organisational development, and health and safety. His methods have drawn heavily on systems thinking and complexity models, as well as design thinking and change management.
Rob has worked in dynamic and high-risk environments, including leading Arctic expeditions for a youth development charity, and working with NGOs in South East Asia.
Daniel Hummerdal

Robert Russell
Director Training & Development
Robert has a wealth of experience in Safety Management & Training within commercial aviation. With more than 20 years in the industry as an active crew member, an airline Training Manager and a Human Factors specialist, he has a proven track record in leading and developing large teams throughout his career. Born in Scotland and raised in Australia, he has worked most of his flying career across the globe, where he has established a comprehensive and real-life understanding of diversity and how best to overcome and nourish the challenges faced.
Kadie Brown
Chief Commercial Officer
As Chief Commercial Officer, Kadie leads the commercial function across Southpac International Group companies, including Southpac Aerospace, Southpac Certifications, Auditor Training Co and HOPLAB.
She is responsible for shaping and executing the group's marketing, brand, and sales strategies to drive sustainable growth, strengthen brand presence, and ensure Southpac delivers value to clients across all service streams.
Kadie has over 15 years’ experience in senior marketing and communication roles, having worked in a number of industries and sectors including tourism, events, government policy and media.
